IRON MOUNTAIN – Fulks Orthodontics is the latest local business to offer support for the Northern Lights YMCA Capital Campaign, pledging $5,000 toward the project.
“We thank Fulks Orthodontics for this contribution,” Dickinson Center Director Jonathan Ringel said. “Support from businesses like Fulks is so appreciated as we move closer to our goal.”
More than $200,000 has been donated to the YMCA since announcing a public goal of $650,000 two weeks ago. Once the $650,000 goal is reached, the Y will have raised a grand total of roughly $2.4 million to be used for a complete rebuild of the pool and other renovations inside the Crystal Lake Community Center Building.
The Capital Campaign runs through June with renovations expected to begin in the fall. The rebuild of the pool is slated for the summer of 2019.
